This incident has been resolved.
We are observing an increase in the time GitHub takes to send Actions jobs to online runners. We are monitoring.
Similar to the incident earlier today, some registry requests are timing out or returning 503 errors. We have deployed a configuration change to address the issue and are monitoring rollout.
We deployed a fix and are currently monitoring the result.
We are investigating reports of some requests to the Depot registry intermittently timing out.
