Container build service in us-east-1 has been restored.
We are starting to see recovery for container builds in us-east-1 after the fixes have deployed, we will continue to monitor.
We have identified the cause of the outage and are deploying a fix.
We are currently investigating reports of some container builds failing to start in us-east-1.
