GitHub Actions is experiencing an incident (https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/8gpymn7rystj) which is affecting the ability to authenticate with OIDC for certain Actions runs. This may appear in the build logs as the following error:
> Unable to exchange GitHub OIDC token for temporary Depot token: HttpClientError: {"ok":false,"error":"Invalid token"}
As a temporary workaround, you can try re-running the build as the failures are intermittent. We will monitor the GitHub outage as it develops and update here.
